MachEquipPro supplies construction machinery, agricultural machinery, special vehicles, attachments and spare parts to international buyers, handling sourcing, inspection, container loading and export documentation in one place. Every machine is quoted with its specification sheet, loading plan and proforma invoice before you pay a deposit.
Ordering and payment
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is one unit for standard machines and one 20ft container for mixed orders. Trial orders are accepted for most mini excavators, road rollers and attachments. Ordering a full container lowers the unit freight cost considerably, so we quote both options.
What payment terms do you accept?
We normally work on a 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance against the bill of lading copy. An irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Full payment before shipment is available for single-unit trial orders.
Can you customize machines or print our own brand?
Yes, OEM branding is available from 5 units per model, with your logo applied to the machine, the nameplate and the manual. Custom paint, extra hydraulic lines, cold start packages and market specific voltage can all be arranged against an approved drawing.
Do you offer distributorship or exclusive agency?
Yes. Exclusive agency is granted after a first container order and a written business plan covering territory and annual volume. Exclusive partners receive protected pricing, priority production slots, marketing material and a dedicated account manager.
Lead time, loading and shipping
How long is production and delivery time?
Standard models ship 15 to 25 days after the deposit, while customized or multi-unit orders take 30 to 45 days. Sea freight takes 7 to 12 days to Southeast Asia, 18 to 25 days to the Middle East, and 25 to 45 days to Africa and South America.
How many units fit in one container?
A 40HQ container holds about 6 to 8 mini excavators under 2 tonnes, or 3 to 4 units of the 3 to 5 tonne class, or a single 20 tonne excavator. Road rollers load 2 to 3 units per 40HQ.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We quote FOB Qingdao, Tianjin and Shanghai as standard. CIF, CFR and DDP to your port or warehouse are available on request. Door to door delivery with customs clearance is offered in markets where we have a freight partner.
Certifications, inspection and after-sales
Which certifications do your machines carry?
Most machines we export are supplied with CE marking and come from ISO 9001 certified factories. EPA and Euro V engine options are available on request for excavators, loaders and road rollers. Certificate copies are attached to the proforma invoice before you pay the deposit.
How can I inspect the machine before shipment?
Third party inspection is welcome. You can send your own inspector, appoint SGS or BV, or request a live video walkthrough of the finished machine before packing. We also photograph the unit against your order number and send the file before shipping.
What warranty do you provide, and how do spare parts work?
Every machine carries a 12 month or 2,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, covering main components but excluding wear parts. Consumable parts are stocked for at least five years after delivery, and filters, seals and hoses ship by air within 72 hours of confirmation.
How fast is after sales support?
Technical questions are answered within 12 working hours. Fault diagnosis is provided by video call, and where a part failure is confirmed under warranty the replacement ships by air within 72 hours. Field engineers can be dispatched for project orders.
Do you provide samples or trial machines?
We do not hold stock samples, but single unit trial orders are accepted at a slightly higher unit price. If the trial machine performs as specified, that difference is credited against your next order of five units or more.
